Bhutta College of Engineering Technology, Bhutta was established in 2003 under Keharnam Memorial Educational Society. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognised by Department of Technical Education, Government of Punjab. The computer lab is well equipped with latest tools and technologies.


The college library has a reading room with a seating capacity of 250 students. It has a collection of about 3150 titles and 16517 volumes of books. It subscribes to 72 national journals and 42 international journals.
