7 of 10 have better Currier and are happy they really appreciate the education they have been provided.
There are 20 to 23 lecturers including workshop etc, the average age of 40 and all are highly qualified professors. They are all experts in their fields, very helpful and understanding besides one math teacher (you will know) who is busy most of his time for college welfare etc.
College is a good easy life there are many flaws but adjusting is the meaning of life.
I opted for this college because I'm an average student and this college seemed an ideal college for me. Factors: stream I chose was slightly unique and has low competition and a high chance of placement or to start a business/startup in the related field. Placement is average but the course curriculum is good, faculty is cooperative. And if you want to study further then you should know that most of the students crack GATE as an academic result is good.
The fee is relevant or may be low as compared to the education and facilities provided. There are some cases in which you will be asked to pay again for some purpose for which if you complain then frequently actions are taken. No additional fee is charged in order to secure admission as it is a central government organized college. College provides transparency in the fee breakdown.
Placement is average with a package of 3 to 6 lakhs and can go high up to 12 lakhs. But I would prefer you to focus towards our campus placement which has a very high chance of getting placed. Tentative percentage of students placed overall is 6 out of 10 which is also because other 4 mostly look for out campus placement or for higher studies.
There is a SCHOLARSHIP provided by up govt and there is a high 95% chance for you to get it. Only if you are alert. Eligibility is you/your parents should have a domicile certificate of UP. Family income should not be more than 2.5 lakhs per annum i.e. income certificate of anyone in the family. 10/12 mark sheet and other documents. If there is a problem then ask your seniors they will surely help.
There are basically two major events celebrated 1. Capora (sports event) which provides competition between each year in different sports and 2. Anant (cultural event) which is celebrated within the campus. There are many other small events and competition. College also takes part in other inter college event and techfest etc.
Truly speaking for first-year boys, hostel is good spacious rooms, highly secure. No laundry you will have to wash your clothes yourself. Washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned once a week so please try to maintain it. There are 3 people in one room which contains 3 separate beds, study table and chair, separate charging ports and separate wardrobes. Rest is all on how you maintain it.
There are two courses taught here 1. Plastic Engineering (PE) 2. Manufacturing technology (MT) in which MT is a harder but better chance of getting a decent job than PE. As per the curriculum, it is good as faculty really is serious and strict besides one or two and looks forward to your academic growth. The course is structured by AKTU for BTech so it has to be a bit messed up but you will not face any difficulty.
Campus life is good but there are some unnecessary boundations. The gender ratio is 1 girl/ 7 boys in my batch. Students are adjustive and dorm party it's on. The workshop is average and sorry no club activities but it doesn't seem to matter at all. There is some business with diploma students and many boundations on BTech students but no racism at all.
