Chandigarh engineering colleges take timely exam .and the not difficult exam average questions paper but not easy.
Very good curriculum is followed and academics also and faculty is also very very good. Whole staff is very cooperative, helpful and have positive attitude towards their students, we are not only told studies but also get to learn moral values.
All are good the practically explained all the classes. All the classes were so explained very well by the expert teacher.Workshop is provided for extra time so that student give to their project and extra activities. All the festivals is also celebrated here.
The reason why I choose this course is that it offers a wide range of career opportunities, faculty to student ratio in our college for theory lecture is 1:60 and for labs and training classes it is 1:30.
I choose ECE because I am interested in this course from the beginning. I love electronics and electronic devices. I am always curious about electronic gadgets and their working.ECE students have good placements opportunity.they can sit in a core company and IT companies as well. Each class have 60 students enough faculty members. All teachers are very qualified and always ready to help their students. Exams happen timely over the difficulty is average if you study regularly than it's easy for you.
I have done my B.tech in Electronics and communication engineering because in this branch we can go in either field hardware or software so that's why I have chosen this branch and the placements of ece in Chandigarh engineering college is fabulous mostly IT(Information Technology) companies come for placements. The faculty of the college are brilliant. They have the best knowledge of their subjects. The faculties are well qualified some of them are from iit's and the teaching method of some teachers are brilliant and some have moderate teaching method. Every year in the month of April (even semester exams 2,4,6,8) and in the month of November(odd semester exams 1,3,5,7) taken by the college...
Quite expensive. All type of payments are accepted by the College. There are no any additional charges rather than the required like fest fee, examination fee. No any extra charges they demand. Hostel fee is quite expensive, and also they increase the charges per year.
The course I'm currently persuing is no doubt great. The demand of technology is more in the current era. And also I have interest in Computer Science, how things works. So I decided to go with this course and definitely will help me making a professional.
Fee structure is very much feasible. It must be higher than what it was for me. But for 2014 to 2018 batch, it was about 45 thousand per semester college fees and 75 thousands per year hostel fees. If you want a direct admission, you might have to pay extra one times fees in lakhs, but it's very much negotiable. They asked 2 Lakhs from me and I didn't pay anything, but people did, some in thousands, some in lakhs
They have 3 sessionals per semester, 2 will be counted, like max marks. So it's okay even if you miss one. Sometimes there are 2 sessionals in one day, morning and evening. Then there is semester exam, which PTU takes. It can be hard sometimes, but mostly it's not that hard (won't say easy) course curriculum is okay, sure needs an updation in subjects like data science is not there if you're wondering
It's wad not too expensive. There were some extra charges like for parking in campus, extra fines etc. Accept that fee was as per PTU norms which was same for all. There were no free trainings from the college during summer internship. Students had to manage at their own.
Course content was god and relevant but it needs some additional at that time. Labs were not that good. We were never detailed for extra knowledge on computers like for cyber security basics and ethical hacking basics. I felt life we were sticking to computer basics of that time with any future advance plan.
43000 is the fees of one semester which is quite feasible I guess. Apart from this examintion fees is seperate which is 700 and transportation fee depends on the distance of your home from college and not sure of that as I've never availed bus facility during my college time.
Yes all the subjects were based on the technology used in the IT industry now a days. Each year of our graduation we were assigned projects which we have to do it our own as plagarism was strictly not allowed in our college, that imacted us in a good way as we can't copy or buy it from market. Each idea has to be unique and it gives us the confidence that we are capable of doing something great in our life.
