Everything is okay but fee structure is very expensive and they are strict at collecting fees and the collect late fee also . Strict at timings and time table. Ragging and other bad habits are banned in our college. The best we love in our college is Canteen Food.
Our college good than other colleges in our college there is no violence and every body came to study and bright their future the fee structure is some ward high for poor people this is the negative remark
Positive remarks are best supporter in every thing like educational and sports and any other different skills like acting singing dancing technical things etc negative remark is only incase of holidays it doesnt give even on govt holidays sometimes
On a whole, I would not suggest any person to join GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY as I faced a lot of problems everyday travelling 88 Kms up and down. With nothing obtained in these four years. There is no knowledge and concept obtained from the College. It's literally wasting 4 years of one's life.
The negative thing is that the new staff is repeatedly gets change and the new staff lack experience is not that helpfull for the student. overall the college situated 15 to 20 km away from the city although the college has its own transportation facility but you can prefer government transportation facility also.the college is dependable if you have low grade in entrance and 12 or equivalent exam.
Positive about our college is food the food in our college is exceptionally well and also huge infrastructure of our college and negative is our college doesn't grow much trees so we have to serch for shade in summer

Lets start with positive if you are a sensire , well good in studies then Gnit is a platform where you can score very high marks as compared to other college in kolkata. Negative remarks are that placement is worst no core company comes only some it company are there.
If one, from a middle class family, dreams to become successful in life by staying in Kolkata, one should go for it. Seriously, it might not be the best but, apart from academics, it would surely open other gates for one to do something worthwhile. In short, GNIT is synonymous to success. On the other hand, one from a 'well-to-do' family, must opt for a different college as there are many out there better than this.
No bad remarks. The good thing is outside rowdy or drunker s are not allowed inside the campus. and all the students should obey the rules and regulations. The college with better Faculty,Laboratories, and Mainly with Best Environment...Our college also provides the better Placement drive by which maximum students are being placed within the college...
