I Choose civil engineer because i want to go in construction field, and my collage staff are good for explaining every subject and there are two class with 60 to 70 student, Exam is held by GTU so it's sometimes tough paper or sometime easy paper.
The course curriculum is the same as mentioned by the GUJARAT TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY. But the faculties also arrange the class tests & voluntary practice ESE & Mid Exam. The professors are very good in their research areas & well experienced about the course they teach.
The fee structure in our college is not more even our college are not forcing to pay. There is not more fess charge if we pay late. If there is problem we have to give an application to our Director. The director give the date or month to pay fee which we cannot pay in given time.
All the course in our college is good. And tge external and internal exam which is taken is very strict. And all the faculty are teaching and helping us in beautiful manner and also we are taught how to face problem how to speak while your internship.
Faculty members in our college were the best. They were always supportive and helpful to us in every situation. The course curriculum was not completely relevant, and it has only basic knowledge. it was enough for the student because they need to know a new machine. As per time, the model and use of machine changes. So the main problem is that the GTU course is too old and out-dated for the young engineers. But if you are interested in learning new technologies and other stuff here the faculties are very supportive and friendly they will give their best.
Course syllabus was quite good but exposure to new technologies had a lack. In the final year students would seek to get companies hiring them but due to lack of relevant IT resources around it was not quite possible. So IT students had to apply for jobs in major cities. The faculties were good but exposure to new things and technology was quite restricted.
As a my point of view semester system for exams in college I want to remove. Annually one not one exam is correct. because in semester exams preparation for study materials is less & we can not cover the whole syllabus so we need more time.
Yes always helping others and always present for support for us and the way they explain is very nice to get the concept and if not getting up anything then they will explain twice and sometimes they are very strict with students
They use to accept the payment in only Cash mode and it is seventy two thousands yearly for the engineering course. Although it's quite cheaper for an engineering course but the quality of the course is also same as per the fee they are asking for. It's poor.
The course and the curriculum do not match the real practical world out of the college. The course that they are teaching is just applicable inside the campus and not out of it. The crowd here is just the locales with lesser grades and no dreams ahead.
As compares to other colleges, our colleges fees is less expensive. For Diploma course fees is 35000/- For B.E course fees is 72000/- But our college provide scholarship thourough government schemes for ST students.
Course structure is very good, it's a thouree year course which is divided into six semester. The exams are also semester vise. But before semester exams there is a mid term exam of 30 marks. The experiment doing in labs is always fun.
Fee structure is expensive but for me it is feasible because my admission done in TFW seat. We pay some additional fees for the library, I-card. For admission in course there is no additional fee. I don't know about transparency in the fee-breakdown.
My college (laxmi Institute of Technology) affected with Gujarat Technological university(GTU). So the exam taken by GTU. There is mid sem exam and internal exam. By this two exam our SPI generates. Every year college organize an industrial visit for students.
