The number of lectures is decided according to the curriculum. The faculty is well qualified in their respective fields. Also, all members of the faculty are helpful in every way possible. Also, they use various modern techniques to explain the topic to students.
The lectures are very new to the field and have minimum to zero knowledge of the field as they have graduated from the same college and joined as a lecturer in the same college. Very few lecturers have industry experience and have worked there and came to college.
Faculty here are much helpful than any other colleges in Konkan Region. They are well educated and has very much experience in teaching sector. Most of them got doctored in their particular fields. Faculty helps students in every cause such as attendance, passing of papaer, etc. They are very friendly.
Some faculty are good but some need to learn the teaching technic because they have knowledge but fail to express to the student thats why from student point of view the concept they learn was not that much well
Most of the faculty from our college are bright students of college only. Many of them are post graduates from their field of interest. Dean of the college also very visionary. College faculty put emphasis on practical knowledge along with theory
One of the best faculties because some of them are done their graduation at hereby only. So they are well-known about mentalities of students learning here. The faculty here also support students for various non-academic activities also
College faculty is average type. Our college was new, means our batch is 1st batch of the college. Staff was new. But some senior faculty also there. They have good knowledge of practical also theoretical knowledge.
In 1 st year department arranged on the session for that. After that, we get info about them as we attended the lectures. Also, every teacher gets connected with a departmental whats app group so that students can interact with them and get their doubts solved.
As the college is in remote area, the faculty was a mixture of various qualified teachers coming from various regions from Maharashtra. The college also have a trend of absorbing final year students as a assistant lecturer. The teachers also have a seperate dedicated hostel which makes them available all days for students.
