SSTC Faculty

The faculty at the college is generally experienced and friendly, with more than 90% holding postgraduate degrees and over 60% possessing doctorates. They are approachable, providing students with their contact numbers and being available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Despite their qualifications, teaching quality varies, with some faculty being very knowledgeable and others considered mediocre. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:60. There is a focus on exam preparation rather than a comprehensive knowledge approach, with three exams held per semester.

The faculty is supportive of student success, encouraging engagement in activities like online courses and internships, and maintaining a positive student-faculty relationship. However, punctuality and adherence to schedules are areas of concern. The college conducts two class tests and one semester exam per semester, with about 80% of students passing these exams.
