International Institute of Professional Studies was established in the year 1992 and it is a Premier Business school in central India. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The Library in the Institute has the latest, most complete and vast collection of books, journals, magazines and subscriptions. The library has a collection of over 25,000 books, project reports, software and information including the CD-ROM databases and online databases and electronic journals.
Lecture Theatre:
The Institute has two air conditioned and well equipped lecture theatres which are used for seminars and lectures.
Computer Lab
The computer lab is well equipped with various open source software including java, python, compilers, etc, with more than 100 computer systems of intel i5. The computer lab is provided with internet connection with 1 Gbps.
Hostel:
