Faculty :
Yes, they are highly qualified. The faculty for each course is 3 to 4. And they vary from one course to another. They are qualified from reputed college and university. They are helpful in nature. The average age of teachers is 40. The average qualification is M.Phil
Faculty :
Faculty of my college are so friendly and so cooperative and so inteligent and good in teaching style that one student can learn much more from them and can ask their doubt any where and any time. The teaching style of our HOD sir is too easy so that we all love his style of teaching.

Yes, all the teacher as well as students are very much supportive. The teachers are highly qualified and has a very wonderful experience about teaching and has a glorious way to give knowledge to the students.

I have studied batchelor in commerce. This course is not that much demand in this College, most facilities are guest faculties. They are not as good as the permanent faculty, most of the students don't attempt class because of these faculty.

We have two faculties, one guest faculty and a laboratory department faculty. The system is well meinteined who held regular classes with regular lab classes. Whole courses are covered within time.

The faculty and professors are very cooperative. The teaching methode includes the constructivists approach which is done with the active participation of the students. The teaching staffs regularly attend the class and makes the teaching learning process intresting.

In our college means fakir Mohan autonomous college our commerce department contains 5 lecture and 1 head of department. Our lecture are most favourable teacher for us. They can spend their very much time on our responsibility.

The college is developing day by day. The best facultys are there in the college, so that fakir Mohan Autonomous College is number 3 place in odisha. Facultys are good at knowledge and try their efforts for the development of the college and students. But now a days there is a lack of regular teachers.

Faculties of our college specially of our botany department are so friendly and cooperative. They guide us throughout the year. They take extra remedial classes for our betterment and also conduct review exams in classroom.
