Bright and Enjoyable

Fees -

The fee structure is very affordable. That's the reason why you can see students from all communities flock together at the Guru Nanak College. There are two shifts. The morning shift fee structure is lesser when compared to the evening shift. The morning shift fee is approximately around ₹10,000 a year. The evening shift fee is approximately around ₹30,000 a year.


Course Curriculum -

The college is affiliated to the University of Madras and has been granted full Autonomy by the same University this year (2017-18). The curriculum is revised based upon the current trends periodically. Practicals are alotted 50% of the total marks. The written exam is conducted for 100 marks and is converted to 50 later. There are various elective courses offered by the college where interested students can apply to it for a nominal cost and learn the subject.

The curriculum was very good. I had Mathematics as my major and had Statistics, Accountancy and Computer Science as electives. Mathematics had the entire topics covered, whereas the other electives had majority portions been covered. In Accountancy, I did get knowledge on cost accounting, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, income tax and other general accounting. In Statistics I had the curriculum covered with basics along with probabilities and other statistical analysis. I computer science, I did get programming languages like C, C++, Unix, VC++, VB, SQL, DOS, Windows, MS Office along with Access.

Is very feasible only. In our college the amount of fee is very reasonable to all the poor people who all are studied there with me. its no much expensive compare to others

Evergreen Memories

Fees -

Fee was very my feasible. I spent hardly 15000 for three years for my course. More over we had our scholarships program and near half the amount was refunded to us.


Course Curriculum -

First year basic Physics and allied subjects like English, Hindi/Tamil, Chemistry. For me Physics is always easy as i have very much interest in Physics.

Hi Lokesh, admission to BA Defence and Strategic Studies is approved on the basis of merit followed by an personal interview. Following are the job profiles that you may opt for after this course: Junior Research Fellow (HRA in DRDO), Project Assistant, Defence Research Analyst etc.

Hi Vimal, application process for all UG and PG courses is strictly online. Candidates need to fill the application form on the official website against application fee of INR 250. Admission is done on the basis of merit followed by a personal interview.

  • Candidate must have at least cleared his/her 12th class with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate from Higher Senior secondary. All SC/ST candidate should have 5% of relaxation.
