I paid around INR 8,50,000 as my one year fee, but I got some relaxation in it. Overall, I paid around 17 lacs for my two-year program. All in all, college is pretty affordable in terms of fee structure and other expenses. The return on investment of the college is pretty impeccable.
The course curriculum was as per the industry standards. Our curriculum was carefully curated in order to make students industry-ready. First, two semesters covered topics from general management, while during the last two sem. we had to pick two specializations, mine was the financial management. Exams are conducted twice a year.
My annual fee was around 8.8 Lacs which was a bit for a management program but in the end, it was worth the pain. Because generally, the institute charges a heavy fee for a professional program like PGDM. The placements are also good here and overall the infrastructure was very good.
The course curriculum was decent and covered different aspects of a management program. Initially focusing on all the departments and after the internship, we opted for specializations. Our program was a dual specialization program and exams were held at the end of each semester. We learned a wide variety of subjects like business economics, financial management, hr management, operations, etc.
I was a PGDM student and my per year fees were INR 869,000. And as per the total fees I paid INR 17,70,000/-. The fees were affordable as compared to the facilities and the quality of education we were given.
The PGDM program was for 2 years and thus each year we had 2 semesters and likewise in total, we had 4 semesters, and each semester syllabus allocated which was actually good and as the course progressed we learned newer and more practical things. But thank god we had a good digital library and the best research papers that helped us to prepare good notes.
My total course fee was around 17 Lacs, which was to be paid on a semester basis. This fee included registration fee, examination fee, caution fee, tuition fee, etc. The fee structure was expensive for me but the facilities they provided us were exceptional.
Our course curriculum was pretty thorough and informative. It was a treat for inquisitive students to understand the corporate working model with the right context and live examples. We got to learn about managerial concepts, quantitative techniques, and decision making among others. Our final CGPA was calculated on the basis of internal assessments, external exams, summer Internship reports, and dissertations.
The grand total fee cost of the course is ?17.68 Lakhs. This includes tuition fees of around ?257000 for each semester, FYI there are 6 semesters. And other fees of around ?27500 for each semester too.
Our college offers specialization areas in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior, Information systems, Strategy, and Analytics. Exams were held every semester. Our course is based on a trimester course.
The fees for our college is kinda expensive. The total fees in the first year cost ?8.7 Lakhs and in the second year, it cost ?8.99 Lakhs. The tuition fees of one semester cost around ?257000 in the first year and ?272000 in the 2nd year.
I pursued the PGDM course and our course curriculum is good, our college offers various specialization areas and I opted for Human Resource Management as my specialized areas. We studied stuff like business communication, accounting for managers, etc.
The course is based on practical applications. The theory was equally given weight. Practical applications of studies were the focus of Industry visits, Internships, and projects. The course is divided into 6 tri semesters out of which 1 tri-semester has an internship with NGO as well. OBT is included in the course curriculum where aspects of OB are covered practically. You are given a chance to work with professors on their books.
The fee structure is on the higher side. For my batch it was 14.2L/2 years. But now it has shot up to about 17L/2 years which I feel is bit on the higher side. It includes hostel fee, tuition fee, mess fee, library fees, caution money, etc. Tuition fee constitutes the maximum share of it.
The course at IMI is a combination of class room lectures, practical assignments, role plays. There was serious attention on research and getting to do independent work. It also gives freedom to research and work in the choice of your field. For instance, I had done an independent paper on parallel cinema.
The college fees was 12 Lacs plus hostel and mess fees which in total made it 14.5 lacs for the whole course. The college was a little higher on the fees side . Placements for the 2013-15 batch were decent and shown a 15% hike in the average offers of the students. Average placement for PGDM students was 9 LPA and PGDM-HR was 7 LPA .
I studied PGDM in marketing . The course provided majorly all the necessary electives which could be used in work profile with a lot of guest lectures and industrial visits. All the interactions with the current industry helped in understanding practical application of the theory studied in classroom structure.
Fee structure is on higher side. Tuition fee was 10 lacs for 2 year course excluding hostel and mess fee.
Curriculum had extensive exposure to case based learning which promoted rich discussion in class wherein peers came up with diverse viewpoints to look at the problem at hand. In almost all the electives we were given assignments which involved some form of primary or secondary research.
Thanks for your valuable feedback. Our team will look into it.
