For being outstanding B School of North India PCTE bagged Dainik Bhaskar Award in 2010 by UTV Bloomberg 2012.

EHSAAS 2014:
It has three mega fests within this time frame.
- Ehsaas: It is a daylong cultural, literary and arts Mega Fest, where teams from India and Pakistan participate.
- Turf: Event for schools of the region to explore their potential in Management, Literary, cultural, Hospitality, etc events.
- Koshish –The most rapid paced and awaited event since 2000. The witnessed a rocking performance by the famous Rock band. “The Indian Ocean”.

Cultural Events:

“Koshish” an intra-college cultural-cum-literary function, held in the month of September or October every year.

There are three major categories in KOSHISH:

Group Events:

Nukkad Natak: 8-12 participants can participate and time allowed is 6-10 minutes.
Fashion Show: 6-8 participants can participate and time allowed 4-6 minutes.
Western Group Dance: 6-8 participants can participate and time allowed is 4-6 minutes.
Folk Group Dance (Boys): 6-8 participants and time allowed 6-8 minutes.
Folk Group Dance (Girls): 6-10 Participants and time allowed 6-8 minutes.
Choreography: 6-8 participants and time allowed 6-8 minutes.

Solo Events:

Solo Dance & Instrumental Solo Dance: One student per team can perform and top 10 shortlisted performers are allowed to perform for the final positions. Time is allowed 3-5 minutes.
Western Solo Songs: One student per team is allowed & time is 3-5 Minutes. Only English songs are considered as western.
Solo Song: One student per team is allowed and time allowed 3-5 Minutes. Hindi or Punjabi or Urdu songs are allowed.

SWAP: This is India’s first student-run mutual fund, stands for Students Welfare Association of PCTE. SWAP is student’s society, duly registered with the Registrar of societies and firms

Admission:

After completing my 12th . I choose pcte college and i want to pursue b.com which is beneficial for me . The eligibility of this course is only 12th pass with 60% . Which is good. Simply i visit to the pcte college and take a admission form from this course. After filling admission form. There is requirements to clear the interview test, which is easy for a normal educated students. I completed my interview test and after some day my admission is done from the college.

I choose B.com course because i want to grow my knowledge in the field of business. And I really thought that b.com is the best course for improve knowledge in the field of technology. And by luckly the faculty member are really very good. They are experienced and knowledge of faculty member is really Nice. They always like to provide their best knowledge. All the faculty are well qualified. And the teaching methods is really good.

Decent college if you are from Ludhiana

60%marks with non medical or medical subject including English marks. Youcan simply visit the college to get the application form. You have to submit a demand draft for seat wating list. There should be a online list updation of wating list.

To get knowledge of pharmaceutical products and open a drug store. Student faculty ratio is 1:30 Teaching method is good use presentation skills. Most of the teachers are master in pharmacy and some of them are PhD holders.

It is very easy. Institute gives the chance to students to consult teachers and the teachers question the student cum interview. On knowing about the student's interests and skills, teachers suggest the right course one must opt for. So it is a good opportunity for students to have options. They also give a campus tour if we ask so. After that, we have to submit documents like the 10th and 12th mark sheet, character certificates from school, migration certificate, and if not general then caste certificate too. And we have to submit fees also in order to confirm our admission. So it is an easy to process.

As I have opted for BCA, which is 3 years programme. I choose this course as I wanted my career to be continued in the computer science field. This college provides both theory and practical education. The faculty is very helpful and have much knowledge about the subjects they are teaching. They always try to solve our problems. We have various presentations, projects and tests too. Mid-term examinations (MSE) are held twice per semester and thrice too if the number of students failing the internals is more. Third MSE is a kind of improvement test for one's who have missed previous Mse or scored very fewer marks. The exam is of moderate level, it's an easy one to pass only for those who prepare for the whole syllabus. So overall course structure is good.

The admission process is not complicated. They first took interviews of the students and they asked many questions related to our past and for the future. they should improve the question they asked their interviewee.

I choose this course because I want to become a good businessman and a good banker course curriculum is good enough and guilty members play a vital role in my study. They all are very nice to me. Terms exams are not much difficult to pass.

I got admission by giving an interview, In my interview senior faculty asks me many different questions, questions were not much difficult but I feel that they should be more creative with the questions, rather than asking about hobbies, likes, and dislikes of the interviewee they should ask them about there interest in a particular field, their background, their experience, & why they choose this college or how college will help them out in their life.

The course I chose is a bachelor of commerce. I chose this course because I want to become a good businessman as well as a good accountant. The faculty is very very nice to everyone, they make us feel Like they are our sisters or brother, not a teacher. Their teaching level is incredible.

PCTE college hasn't done any kind of admission test. Not even this they hadn't done my GD or PI They just fill the forms and allocate me a class So they can add gd round and admission test while taking admission

Good College at Affordable Fee

The process is very smooth as you need to visit the college reception. After getting information about the course, you can pay for a prospectus. After payment for a prospectus, you can appear for PI and get your documents approved.

The faculty is sufficient, However, up to some extent, the faculty is inexperienced as some faculty is of very young age. Otherwise, the faculty is qualified with degrees. Exams are held twice between the Semester.

i am interested in web development that's why i choose this course. Faculty of this college are very supportive, explain each and every topic theoretically and practical both. Pcte: an exposure to life

The student must have cleared a bachelor's degree in a respective field. The admission application form is available offline as well as online on the college website. There are benefits for obc background etc and the admission is done by clearing the interview round which is conducted for every applicant. The admission process must have an entrance exam to qualify for admission.

I choose this course from this college because, Ludhiana, Punjab is the best college for pursuing a degree in MBA. It provides an exploration to students and the faculty teaching over here is highly experienced in their respective fields. They teach us by giving practical examples from real life and how we can implement them. There are two-term exams which are mandatory to clear the internals of particular subjects. The difficulty level of exams is not much if you understand the concepts and give live examples.
