SIBM MBA Admission 2021: SIBM has released the First Merit List for MBA Admission 2021 on March 15, 2021. Candidates can visit the official website to check SIBM MBA Admission 1^st Merit List 2021. Candidates are required to enter their login id and password to check MBA Merit List.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune is accepting applications for admission to MBA Executive Program for the academic year 2021. Eligible candidates can visit the official website to apply. The last date of registration is March 31, 2021. 

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune is a constituent of Symbiosis International University (SIU). The institute has been ranked on the 22nd amongst all top B-Schools in India by NIRF Ranking 2020.

The institution offers admission to  MBA, Executive MBA, and MDP programs.

The MBA program is offered with four specializations namely, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations along with two distinct programs- MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and MBA in Leadership and System. The minimum eligibility for each course is a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized university.

Admission to MBA, MBA (I & E), and MBA (L & S) program will be based on the SNAP score. The final selection of candidates is based on different components such as the SNAP score, PI, WAT, and GE. Each of these components carry a different weightage as per which the candidates' performance is evaluated.

The institute also offers an MBA Executive program under 6 specializations for a duration of 30 months. Applicants of the MBA (Executive) program must also have a minimum of three years’ work experience after graduation. Admission to MBA (Executive) is granted on the basis of an entrance test followed by an interview.

During the latest placement drive, more than 90 recruiters visited the campus and provided over 186 job offers to the students. SIBM Pune Admission Highlights 2021

The Institution offers admission to MBA under 4 specializations. Admission to the courses will be based on the marks secured in the SNAP along with the marks secured in the group discussion and Personal Interview.

Any Graduation Degree holder will be eligible for admission to the course. The candidate appearing for the final examination will also be eligible for applying.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management offers admission to MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship along with an MBA in Leadership and System. Any graduation degree holder can apply for admission to SIBM. 

Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the entrance examination i.e, SNAP. The shortlisted candidates will be called for further group discussion and personal interview. 

SIBM MBA /MBA (I&E) /MBA (L&S) Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any subject from a recognized Institution or University.
• Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST Category must secure a minimum of 45% marks in the final examination.
• Appearing students can apply for admission.

SIBM MBA /MBA (I&E) /MBA (L&S) Selection Criteria:

The admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP). Qualified students will be called for group discussion and personal interview.

SNAP Pattern:

Duration: 2 hours

Computer-Based Online Examination

The test will comprise of 5 Special Questions under the Section of Quantitative, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency.

EMBA is a Non-Residential 2.5-year program specifically designed to suffice the needs of working professionals. The MBA Executive has 6 specializations. 

The selection to MBA (Executive) program is based on the Entrance test followed by an interview. Questions will be asked from General and Business Awareness, Basic Mathematics, English and Logical reasoning. Candidates have to solve 50 MCQs in a total of 75 questions. Admissions to PG diploma courses are done on the basis of interview only.

SIBM MBA Executive Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors Degree holders will be eligible for admission to the course. The minimum marks to be secured in the qualifying examination is 50% marks from a recognized Institute or University. 

Minimum 2 Years of working experience is mandatory.

SIBM MBA Executive Selection Criteria:

Selection to the course will be based on the performance in the entrance examination along with the personal interview.

• Enter the details in the registration form.
• An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number.
• Enter the 'OTP' and submit.
• Enter the SNAP id and password.
• Pay the fee for the SNAP test.
• Register for the program.
• Fill in the application form carefully.
• Make payment for the institution’s program.

Application Fee:

Candidates can check the different types of scholarships offered by the institute as discussed below:

PG Merit Scholarships:

• This scholarship will be awarded to the toppers of SNAP. The cut-off for the SNAP score (top score) for applying for the scholarship every year will be at least 0.1% of the total appeared candidates.
• In the subsequent semesters, the scholarship would be based on academic performance.
• The candidates availing this scholarship are not prohibited from applying for the other scholarships. Also, there is no income limit of the parents of the students for the grant of merit scholarship.
• In the situation where a student declines or cancels his admission, the scholarship amount will not be awarded to any other student but will be refunded by the institute to the Symbiosis Society Foundation.
• The Scholarship amount will not be paid to a student. It will be transferred directly to the Institute.
• If more than one candidate has the same SNAP score, then the weighted average of academic score of 10th, 12th and graduation will be considered for breaking the tie for scholarships.

Jayatee Deshmukh Scholarship (PG)

• This scholarship is exclusively for a girl student securing the highest marks in the SNAP test and admitted to any Symbiosis Institute in PG program.
• Amount of the scholarship is INR 75,000
• In case a student is eligible for more than one scholarship by Symbiosis Society Foundation, she will be awarded only one scholarship as per her preference.
