Ans:Yes, offline counseling is offered to students prior to admission. Attending the counseling is mandatory and any student failing to attend will not be considered for admission.

Hindusthan College of Arts and Science was set up in 1998 by Hindusthan Educational and Charitable Trust at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. There are 23 UG and 15 PG programs, 3 Diploma programs, and 10 Research Departments organizing M.Phil and Ph.D. programs. Admissions to these programs are on the basis of merit for undergraduate programs and is based on an entrance test for postgraduate programs.

Hindusthan College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore Admissions 2020

The admissions to the UG courses are based on merit in the qualifying examination. To be eligible, applicants must have passed 10 + 2. Admissions to PG courses are on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by Bharathiar university. MBA and MCA students are selected on the basis of TANCET scores, while Ph.D. and M.Phil students are selected on the basis of CET Scores.

The application process for admission to this college is conducted offline and online.

How to Apply?

Candidates can obtain the application form from the admission office of the college or through post upon submitting the application fee.
An application fee of INR 300 (INR 150 for SC/ ST) should be submitted through Demand draft (DD).
DD should be drawn in favor of "Registrar, Bharathiar University payable at Coimbatore".
Candidates should fill the application form with all the relevant details.
Candidates should submit duly filled-in application forms along with the necessary documents at the admission office counter.

HICAS has a Placement Advisory Team which conducts Mock Tests, Group Discussions, and Mock Interviews with students to groom and prepare the students for real interviews. Hostel: There are separate hostels for girls and boys with an accommodation capacity of 1500 students. Rooms are assigned on the basis of merit. Hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is also served.

Good aspects- I know that here the education is good. Bad aspects- the hostel is not a discipline I think. Admission process- here when I call they pick it at first tike itself but the other college they did not do this. Reason- My brother advised me to join in this college because here I can learn the subject and also life.

Availability of scholarships and infrastructures of college made me to choose this college. Also the staff had given good respect for us. They gave 50% concession from my tuition fees. I have been selected in merit quota. So my parents can able to make reduce to pay the fees burden.

I decided to opt for Hindustan college of arts and science because the admission process was easy , it required no criteria . The college has a good reputation for co- curricular activities. I did not prefer Hindustan over any other college it was my back up college in case other colleges didn't provide me any seats. My brother had studied in Hindustan so it was referred to me, there were no such blogs or website that I had looked into. Regarding the dates and admission, I had applied and immediately got my seat by paying the fee and my respective course was provided to me . Hindusthan college has a good environment but does not provide any exposure like ethinic day or culturals or sports for girls other than handball and coco. The good about the college is the rotary club which adds a lot of importance to the college .I would conclude the above information.

My schooling too falls under the same institution (Hindusthan). But not the one which is located in Chennai. Both Chennai and Coimbatore is different. More over the college was famous for inter college competition called Hilaricus.

First of all the location where it is located, Coimbatore.One of my favorite places. And then here there are many colleges. But I preferred Hindustan because of the infrastructure of those buildings. The marvelous one which I have ever seen before. The campus such a wonderful one, which no one has ever seen before. It is one of the youngest colleges with a marvelous infrastructure. And then the availability of courses. And the availability of the network. The quality of education is very good. The faculties are very talented as well as friendly. I selected the MBA course as I have decided it before. It has a lot of job opportunities here as well as in abroad. But the reason I selected this institution is the quality of education and they also provide campus interviews from big institutions.

The faculties are so friendly and the college infrastructure is very good. There is sports ground and a vast parking ground. The college is very big also in the heart of the city. There will be many programs in which every student can participate.
