  • Candidates with BA B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed., B.El.Ed. and D.El.Ed. are also eligible to apply for admission in M.Ed. course.
  • Seats to the M.Ed. course will be allotted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Government College of Education B.Ed. Admission 2021

Government College of Education offers the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course of two-year duration.

The minimum eligibility for B.Ed is Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in the field of Science / Social Sciences / Humanities / Commerce / Home Science or are holders of a B.B.A. / B.C.A. / B.E. / B.Tech. Degree, with specialization in science and mathematics with aggregate of 55% marks.

Applicants are also required to obtain minimum 50% marks in their under graduate course and minimum 55% marks in their post graduate course (if applicable).

Admission to the B.Ed. course will be done on the basis of merit. The merit list will be drawn up by the college authorities based on candidates’ performance in the qualifying degree examination.

Government College of Education M.Ed. Admission 2021

Government College of Education offers Masters of Education (M.Ed.) course, which will be taught over a span of two-year.

Applications to the M.Ed. course will be accepted from candidates who are holders of a B.Ed. degree from a university recognized by the AIU, or are holders of the B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. / B.Ed. / B.EI.Ed. / D.EI. Ed. Degree along with an under graduate degree. Applicants are required to have obtained minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC / ST / BC candidates) in the B.Ed.  and other equivalent degree to be considered as eligible to apply.

Admission to the M.Ed. course will be done on the basis of merit. The merit list will be drawn up based on performance in the B.Ed. / other equivalent degree examinations.

Remarks :

This college is the Best college for B.Ed course in north India. Recognised by many schools and institutions. The college has the best faculty and helps in an overall personality development. The hostels are very spacious and provide very good food for the residents. Many competitions are organized throughout the year for the students to realize their true potential.
