Loyola Academy Degree and PG College have Placement Cell which continuously provides career guidance to the students and helps them shape a career path.
Placement records of the college evident that in 2019 approximately 300 students got placed with eminent companies. Approximately 100 companies participated in placement drives, some of the prominent companies IBM, HBL, Dell, Deloitte. HSBC, ICICI bank, etc. The median package for UG courses stood at INR 2.5 LPA and for PG courses median salary stood at INR 2.4 LPA. College also offers internships to their students around 600 students got offers from eminent companies every year for better learning.

Every department has its Head and Dean and other faculties are working at positions such as Lecturer (137), Assistant Professor (3), Associate Professor (1).
