I chose this course since I am much eager in Film Making not only that doing my bachelor's degree in visual communication at Loyola college is the pride and many successful people had completed their degree here. About faculty's nothing much to say they all have a qualification of PhD and moreover in visual communication it is full of practical work. On conducting exams they are very strict and students need to score a minimum of 20 marks for a pass.
I didn't actually want to choose but for safety, I applied for a Computer Science course, I was interested in doing BBA but unfortunately, I was not eligible since I am a science student.
Professors are good; some faculty are strict; some faculty are friendly students and faculty are having a very good rapport with friendly type faculty's.
In my knowledge faculty's had done PhD degree in their stream. I am not aware of other department faculty's.
In exam wise they are very strict and every student must take the minimum pass mark of 20/50.
This course will helpful for the future and I loved these courses
Teaching staff are good and guiding. around 40 students are there
I give 10/10 for teaching staff.
Exam dates announced in the notice board or web portal.
Exams are very easy.
I have pre-planned to study b.com general after I selecting commerce group in my school. Faculty are more experienced and skilled. They see all students are the same. In 1 year there will be 2-semester exams.
I like this course. In our department they are more than 200 students are studying. Everyone is from different platforms.
The teaching method is well and good.
If we learn according to the guidance of teachers we can pass the exam in an easy way.
it was good and more practical in nature that leads in students creativity development. Our syllabus is been updating and modifying in order not to lose its universitality. Our college is autonomous and we've quite different syllabus.
The course in which I was enrolled had a closed syllabus(restrictive in the sense that some core subjects were not taught properly like concepts were not explained especially analytical subjects like statistics/quantitative methods) in its course of three years. A few members of the faculty was not upto the mark with regards to their communication even though they have good knowledge but others (Eg: Prof. Sarita in the morning shift) are very good in the Field. But all the professors are helpful and can guide one through their studies and vast number of books are available in the library. So all in all if one takes proper initiative with the professor it can turn out to be a beneficial progr...
The syllabus for my course will get upgraded with minor changes for each semester. We were provided with industrial exposure, which is called as Final Year Internship for final year students. The duration of this internship is one month. This is mandatory.
Yes I was provided enough industrial exposure which helped me to have extra knowledge and experience. And the faculty I liked the most is my department B. A. Eonomics department as the department teachers are very supportive and kind hearted.
