College of Engineering Pune (CoEP) is an Autonomous Institute located in Pune, Maharashtra and was established in the year 1854. The Institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). CoEP offers B.Tech, M.Tech, PG Diploma, and Ph.D. research programs.

College of Engineering Pune Courses and Eligibility
B.Tech Course Eligibility
Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech program must score at least 55% marks in 10+2 (Science Stream). Final Selection to the course will be done on the basis of scores obtained in MHT CET/ JEE Main Entrance Exam.
M.Tech Course Eligibility
To take admission in M.Tech course, candidates must pass BE/ B.Tech with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of GATE Entrance Exam scores.
PG Diploma Courses Eligibility
COEP offers one-year full-time PG Diploma programs in Enterprise Resource Planning and Additive Manufacturing. Admission to PG Diploma programs is open for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree (Relevant Stream). However, selection in the interview conducted by the Institute will be mandatory.
Ph.D. Course Eligibility
Admissions to Ph.D. research program are offered to the candidates who hold Master’s Degree/ M.Phil with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Final Selection to the course will be done on the basis of Entrance Exam conducted by the Institute.

CoEP Placements is offered to the candidates through its Training and Placement Cell. The Placements cell organizes various activities like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Seminars, Assessment Tests and skill enhancement programs. Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Hero Corp and Ashok Leyland are among the frequent recruiters. The highest package offered to a candidate in the year 2017 was 29.20 LPA by D.E. Shaw.
College of Engineering Pune Scholarship
CoEP helps the candidates in availing Various Government, Non-government, Alumni/ Industry aided scholarships and financial aids. Also, there are various scholarships which are exclusively offered to the female students. Candidates willing to take a Bank loan can apply for the same through the SBI COEP branch available at the campus.
