College of Engineering, Adoor (CEA) is a college in Adoor, Kerala, India was established in 1995 and inaugurated by Kerala’s Chief Minister A K Antony. The college is affiliated with Cochin University of Science and Technology and is run under the protection of Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD).
The college has been recently selected in the Technical Education Quality Improvement Program Phase 2. It offers two programs namely- B.Tech and M.Tech in multiple disciplines. College of Engineering Adoor Admission is done on the basis of state or national level entrance exams.

The college offers B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in four different specializations at the undergraduate level and M.Tech (Master of Technology) at postgraduate level. The duration of B.Tech program is 4 years and M.Tech consists of the duration of 2 years.
The registration for admission to both B.Tech and M.Tech programs is done in online mode. Applicants who wish to apply are required to visit the official website and submit their applications.
To be eligible for admission to the UG program, applicants should have passed class 12 in science stream from a reputed board. While for PG program, students having a graduate degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute are eligible to apply.
Selection to B.Tech program is done on the basis of KEAM. Listed candidates on the basis of their marks are considered for admission.

Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical Entrance Examination (KEAM) is a state level offline test conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala. It is conducted for admission in courses of Engineering, Architecture, and Medical in the colleges of Kerala. According to KEAM Eligibility, an applicant must be an Indian citizen with a minimum qualification of class 12.

The college has a Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) which conduct the placement process. CGPU is a body of selected students, guided by placement officer. Student members are specially selected to carry out the responsible working of the cell.
Every year, approx. 360 students are available for placements in which 60 from Computer Science & Engineering, 120 from Electronics & Communication Engineering, and 120 from Mechanical Engineering and 60 from Electrical and Electronics.
