Chameli Devi School of Engineering (CDSE) is an integral part of Chameli Devi Group of Institutions Indore. The College was formerly known as Chameli Devi Institute of Technology and Management is established in 2006. The CDSE is a private institution affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal. The College is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi.
Chameli Devi School of Engineering (CDSE) offers B. Tech program with different streams i.e. Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering having 180 seats, Civil Engineering with 120 seats and Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication and IT Engineering having 60 seats of intake each. The College offers B. Tech in different streams and the mode of admission in it is counselling based. The minimum eligibility to apply for the examination is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks for general and 40% marks for reserved category.
The mandatory subjects in 10+2 are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates have to go for web based counselling process through which the college is allotted to the applicant.
The Madhya Pradesh Engineering Admissions (MP BEA) is a state level counselling process conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board Bhopal. Through this candidates are allowed to get admission in various UG courses in different colleges. The age limit of the candidates for this is 24 years.
