The admission in the college is made on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 level by the students. The college announces Cut-off percentage each year in accordance with the schedule and guidelines of the University of Delhi for admission to different courses. The Miranda House Alumnae Association (MHAA) offers scholarships both on the basis of merit and economic needs of the students. The scholarships are offered to economically weaker students who deserve better opportunities on the academic front.
Dr. Angeli Qwatra Awards for Excellence scholarship is annually given to two students from the Science and Humanities field which is based on merit, extracurricular and followed by an interview.

Ans. No. At Miranda House, students are encouraged to follow the following format: to study the same GE for all the four semesters or to study GEs in the 2 + 2 format i.e. 2 GEs from one Department and the next two GEs from another Department.

Ans. No. Miranda House doesn't have any such provision. This only applies to the Co-educational colleges.
