The faculty here is updated with the current syllabus and portions. Ideas and tips to excel in the exams are also given.
Enough industrial exposure is given for us to tackle internship etc. (If you're smart enough you get pretty good internships)
Mount Carmel college has experienced, skilled and approachable faculty. My 1st semester bba just started and my professor started from basics to make us understand better. As I have done my pu from mcc as well I can say that the syllabus was fully updated and all new technologies were adapted to make learning easier and interesting. We had good exposure as many talented speakers were invited every week to have interactive session.
The course is really amazing. Being a part of Bcom industry integrated batch it gives an opportunity to explore a lot of things in this particular course. Internship are a must for this course. And we need to submit a report for the same after we finish our internship in the related field that is given to us. The faculty, teachers are really amazing and very helpful if need any help from them.
The curriculum is upto date. I feel the second language syllabus can be a little more updated as it uses tough language(Hard to understand few times). One of the best teachers i have come across is professor T.S. Shobha
the curriculum is the key points. they have designed the syllabus in such a way that we get adequate knowledge about Genral Accounting Accepted Principles and IFRS. i think ms. priyanka joe is really good at what she does.
The curriculum of mount carmel college is up to date and the college requires enough industrial exposure. The curriculum is designed in a really good manner that provides us with the required knowledge of the subject. Though sometimes i feel the second language curriculum can be improved a little bit. I find it hard
I choose this course as it was associated with Tata Consultancy Services and we had the first preference towards the recruitment in TCS in the third year.
Faculty was absolutely more in number because we had rush full candidates coming for admission. We had great faculty with the commerce department having more in number and also with other departments.
Qualification was MCom, phd, NET, Kent, MSc and more. The teaching method was highly professional and easily understandable.
We have one test for 30 marks and semester exam for 70 marks which was an advantage to score without any stress. We had presentations and mcq as well added along with the 30 marks paper. Not difficult to pass but not...
Was feasible in my time and I?m sure it is reasonable now as well. My fee was 30k in total for the year for Commerce and it was either to be paid yearly or half yearly. Mode of payment was by cheque or cash and paid at the college bank. No additional fees
Course Curriculum -
Yes it was relevant to my course at the time. However times have moved ahead and the curriculum is as per current educational development and need. 18 years ago and I?m sure has had a huge change in the advancement of education and what kids are being taught today.
Fee structure is medium as some courses are expensive and some are feasible but education wise it is worth it. There are various payment methods such as online payment, net banking, cash in hand. There are additional charges applied on some mode of payments.
Course Curriculum -
Exam structure in this college is really fair.We have learnt really well by the course curriculum that is designed for the students. Many companies have also hired students from this college. The learning in this course have made students very well groomed in there courses that students get their employment based on their skills.
