"It was good. I'm done B.Tech and M.Tech both in CS. Curriculum was really good, it covered all CS major subjects with good practicals. In elective subjects I choose Entrepreneur over IT in Business. "

Fees Review

"Its very very expensive now. In B.Tech each sam they charged around 35000 (2005-2009) but now its around 120000. Also hostel fees is very expensive, I don't remember exact. For M.Tech each sam is around 60000 and hostel and mess fees are also reasonable."   Read More

Bit patna

Fees -

The fee structure of bit patna is expensive. Semester wise fee plus hotel fee Plus personal expenses its an average of 1.4 lacs. As compare to other college(private) hostel fee bit hoslet fee is low and the mess charge is also low as. But the best part of hostel is that in second year we get seperat room.

Course Curriculum -

Semesterwise subjects are devided To give less load on students.in each semester there are 5 to 6 theory paper and 3to4 sessional paper or lab .each theory subject is devided in seven modules .there are mainly two exam mid sem and end sem. Mid semester covers syllabus upto 3 module while end sem covers 7modules .to pass exam one can simply select any five modules.

The college atmosphere is great

Fees -

The fees structure is feasible when compared to its competitors and not so heavy on someone’s pocket and also there are scholarships available for the poor sections to study in a premium institution and deserve the result of their talents.

Course Curriculum -

The course curriculum is thoroughly taught by the teachers and the time table and the syllabus is accordingly adjusted for maximum benefit as advised by the higher authority also the subjects taught are helpful for all the students irrespective of their branches. The exam structure is based on the one given by the UGC and is quite competitive but that's how we come to know the standard we need to maintain in order to be the one who can work for future big companies and face challenges easily.

Good college with overall good placement

Fees -

Being a semi private college it is quite expensive but not as huge as other private institutes. Fees is affordable but higher than government colleges.Fee is around 1.5 lakh per semester, hostel fees are included.it also includes transport, library, internet fee etc.

Course Curriculum -

SYLLABUS is equivalent to GATE & IES Exam.In the 1st year everyone has common subjects. The branchwise study starts in the 2nd year. The 1st year subjects are for the brief knowledge about all the branches. Some basic papers are there in 1st year course which we had already studied in +2.

A college for all round development

Fees -

The fee structure is expensive. The average fee per semester is around 1 lakh 25 thousand excluding hostel. The hostel is served as no profit no loss basis and is around 30k per semester. But there's a provision for a scholarship based on an income of the parents and CGPA which a student gets each semester.

Course Curriculum -

The course structure is really good. In the 1st year everyone has common subjects. There's a very good balance of the subjects throughout. The streamwise study starts in the 2nd year. The 1st year subjects are for the brief knowledge about all the branches.

It has been close to 3years as I write this review , and the experience till now has been fantastic.

Fees -

Well if you have potential to afford this college it basically has to go with potential in you and a surety to get a job by the end of the course to make sure, either you pay off your loan or make a relax statement to your guardians that you're at least earning what you spent.

Course Curriculum -

All courses are good it's just you who needs to take care of the approach to the subject. May it be any stream. In CS practical learning is an obvious thing. And its as it might have been in your school obviously the professor will dictate a program on a blackboard for a class close to 60 students. When you implicate that on your PC and have doubts simply go and ask individually just an old school thing.

wax and wane

Fees -

Fee structure is really expensive. It comes among top 10 engineering college in terms of its fee expenditure. During my course of engineering I have to pay around 1 lakh every semester including my tuition fee and hostel charges. Its certainly not worth paying that huge amount of fees, considering the current condition of the college.

Course Curriculum -

Course is well structured. As I am from computer science engineering branch, I can at least say, course involves every subject , you need to know about the software engineering field. On the top of that you have to prepare two projects in 7th and 8th semester. Subjects: Operating System DBMS Data Structure and Algorithms Computer Networks

Awesome!!!

Fees -

The fees of the current fiscal year are a bit on a higher side. Since it is a private college so the entire fees have to beared by the students. The fees per semester in the engineering curriculum is around 1.25 lacs inclusive of hostel and mess fees which are gradually by 5-7 thousand per semester.

Course Curriculum -

The course is very extensive and since the syllabus is not regularly revised you can find it a bit outdated as compared to the industry requirement. So you have to take out extra time to study those extra things to get an edge over others. At the end, you will have to attend extra coachings for competitive exam preparation.
