From the positive side, It does give u that campus vibe and all. We could really enjoy well. The teachers are friendly. It is not like a school thats for sure. But on the negative side. The college could bring more development on infrastructure and in new new things and in some places they could make more improvements in basic things.
The fee is feasible for all kinds of students. They follow the kerala university fee structure. The students who have a fee reduction only has to pay less. Fees are collected in college itself and is payed at the university office.
I don't kno any scholarship / loan facility that is offered by my college. But u can approach the college faculties for further information regarding the scholarships and loan facilities provided by the college.
As our college is situated in kerala. We followe and celebrate all the festivals celebrated in kerala. Especially onam is a big deal here. And it is well celebrated. The other college functions like the arts day, College day, Freshers day are well celebrated.
The labs here ara well equipped. We have a zoology lab. A botany lab, Chemistry lab, Physics lab, Geology lab, etc, and all are well maintained. The sports activities are conducted very well. We have inter department sprots competition also.
I don't much about the alumni part. But the pass-out students are helpful and approachable. They do visit the college frequently and they are welcome always to visit in. They do conduct gettothers.
The faculty is not bad. They try to bring new facilities and stuff. But still they can improve more on the basic stuff and all. Still they are approachable for any help and all and normal programs are conducted in a decent way
I opted for the management seat quota. Its just like the normal admission process. Except 40% or 50% of the seats are reserved for management seats. U have to pay an amount to get one. I got admission to Ba English course
After completion of under graduate program. We can go for postgraduate programs which is also provided here only but only for some subjects. Theres no placements for job as its an arts college.
It works under kerala university and the exams are normal written exams. Till the 4th semester u haven't general english classes which is compulsory for all students and u have to opt for a second lamguage also. The course is completed by 3 years with 6 semesters.
