The ambience of the college is very appreciable. Greenery can be seen everywhere. College has a canteen. Helipad is there in the campus, and athe campus has a very big ground. College is very peaceful regardless of the competition between parties.
There are several scholarships provided by calicut university. Few of them are e grance, post metric, single girl child etc. Students can apply online and the results will be announced later. The chance of availability ia high.
As it is a government college, there is no semester fees. A very small amount is required at the time of admission. And it will be resuced if your annual income is below 1 lakh. Exam fees is not required if annual income is below 1 lakh.
There are several departmental programs. Psychology department conducted 2 day mental health day celebration this year. Every special days are celebrated aome or the other way. Other departments also conducted several fests, seminars and other programs. College union conducted the oughted program as usual.
I am not staying at hostel. But from reviews, the hostel is quite good, comfortable and less fee. Every primary requirements are available at the hostel, and the membera there is supportive. It seems neat and clean from outside and inside.
Labs have modern facilities and neat. The college is very supportive for extra curricular activities and supports student potential. College have a big auditorium and ground for conducting programs. College is very good at sports.
Senior students are very helpful. They help their juniors to be competitive and to study well. Senior students are very supportive and provide juniors with the source of the atudy. They provide study materials and share their experiences with juniors.
Faculties are very supportive and understands student potential. They focuses on student achievement rather than simply completing the portions. They supports students, both in curricular and extra curricular activities.
Single window was the procedure to enter to the college. Students were selected according to the merit list. First, when the application of single window is open, give the college name in option and pay the application fee. And then several allotments will be published. After 3 allotmenta, there will be spot admission. Students will be filled in the leftover seats according to the applications and their marks in graduation level. There is community quota, muslim quota available. Admission will be open for few days.
As it is a government college, value and experience increases. The college doesn't provide internship, but allows us to do internship outside. College provides all the facilities to get approved from an organisation for internship.
Course curriculum and the syllabus os good. Faculties are very supportive, and the ambience of the college is soothing. The college provide adequate exposure as a part of curriculum and extra curriculum. Exams will be conducted in 4 semesters for PG and 6 semesters for UG. Results of each exams will be published accordingly.
