Since the college provide good infrastructure and good results the annual fee is neither cheap nor expensive. For management seat is 1. 9 lacks annually and for merit sear around 86k. The college also provide good atmosphere and landscaping.
After joining for architecture I understood more about art and architecture and also how these both are related. B Arch is a 5 year degree course which include 10 semesters in which first 2 semesters are combined. Each semester will be around 6 months and after that there will be a university examination. The course contain more practical and workshop class than theory classes. Though this course have a lot of work pressure and workshops it is more exciting and interesting to learn architecture.
Fee structure is expensive when compared to Government Colleges for merit seats Annual fee is 90000 rupees plus Caution deposit (one time) of 1 lakh rupees For management seats 1.9 lakh rupees per annum plus one time Caution deposit.
The course is completely focusing on each student, A mass production cannot possible in this field , because each individual is unique in their own way, Designing is a Skill which takes time, So the 5 year course is completely packed, Student should be able to multitasking in order to complete this course in time. There will be 10 semesters one major and minor project each semester and other documentation, Research works and the theory subjects. Exams are lasts a month to complete 6 subjects, Jury is the design exam which will be one person at time exam , Individuals present their design infront of the juror and they will be criticized.
Expensive.Hostel fees is not feasible.the hostel fees 1 month for a room is 6000.the room is small with one light one fan and one socket.6000 is excluding yearly hostel rent.vollege fees is feasible.Merit is about 1 lakh.
B.arch is a five year course with 10 sem.First 2 sems are combined.There will be 7 university exams.s1s2,s3,s4,s5,s6,s7,s9.We will have our internship at s8 and the thesis on s10.the 2017 syllabus onwards has started an yearback system and the internship and thesis depends on our s1s2 and s3 exam respectively.The results of the exams we write will only be published after a year which is the major drawback of this university.
