Course Curriculum Overview
Around 59 courses from 12 streams including Science, commerce, arts and IT. It provides a vast range of options to choose from it also offers a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, a very important field in modern times and by the experience thus far it has covered all the basics of biotech and grown my interest towards the course. Along with chemistry and Botany (i.e, CBBT), the syllabus goes hand in hand. Though the strength of students outnumbers the faculty by a big margin, it is only visible in numbers. The teaching staff is well versed in their respective fields and method opted to teach is very effective with smart classes and regular assignments. The exams mostly begin earlier than any other college and the difficulty to pass was top notch but needn't worry as we are battle ready by then.

This cource is different of other cource in life sciences of BSc and Biotechnology is a wonderful course that you can find the unknown and play with the microbes and bacteria and creating new varieties of anything and faculty are very friendly with students and all faculties completed post-doctorates. 6 sem exams in 3 years.

I choose this course because I wanted to get a degree certificate and due to the timing and the subjects are easy comparatively and I can concentrate on other special courses. Faculty and students ratio is like 1:4 like 1 teacher of a subject was teacher of 4 classes. The teachers are well qualified with MBA, MCOM etc. with teaching experience of atleast 5years

I love electronics , things go really soon into my head . Teaching faculty is very confident in what they convey and have answers to our questions in the very moment we ask them. Again since it's a online class we don't know exactly how many students are there . But the combined strength of electronics students from all the classes for the first sem is around 150 students. Online exams are very tough because they have to prepare question paper in such a way so that students don't cheat . But still we don't want such tough paper but we don't have any choice either (all in MCQ type). Only thing that I didn't like was the CIA(combined internal assessment). In offline mode we have a different pattern but online things are different and difficult. Hope I get to see the college soon.

Being autonomous, the syllabus was chosen very well. I liked the choice of the variety of topics included and still made simple. It included such important topics. For eg, in banking operations subject, they includednthe banking system, digital banking, all scams that took place etc. This was very current and helpful.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc. Economics: A candidate, who has passed two years PUC examination of Karnataka State consisting of at least two Science subjects as optional or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for admission to B.Sc. degree course. However, for PCM, CBZ and PEM, candidates should have studied all three subjects in the +2 level. A candidate for the B.Sc. degree shall opt at least two of the optional subjects which he/she had studied at the +2 level. A candidate opting Physics as an optional subject in the B.Sc degree course should have studied Mathematics as an optional subject in addition to Physics as another optional subject at the +2 level. A candidate opting Statistics as an optional subject in the degree course should have studied Science with Mathematics as a compulsory subject at the +2 level. A candidate opting Botany, Applied Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Zoology as optional subjects at the B.Sc. degree course should have studied Biology as an optional subject at the +2 level.

The college provides admission only based on the merit and no donations or recommendations are entertained. Every student is interviewed by the Vice Principal/Registrar himself before selecting. Admissions begin right after the 12th results are announced and goes on for a good two months at the very least. The fee structure varies from course to course. There are around 59 courses offered in 12 streams including BSc, MSc, Arts, IT and professional courses respectively with varying fee structures with science being a bit expensive over the other two. The good aspect of my College is the timing, Its starts from 7.00 am and ends at 11.am, because of which many students can get time for any other course or things they can explore rest of the day. Bad aspects of this college are its canteen which doesn't cook tasty foods we normally go outside the college where the hotels are nearby Which makes good variety of dishes. Admission is based on marks, quota's, castes sometime, normally they starts admissions between June and July. They interview students for admissions which is kind of lengthy process.
