For Food technology, this college is one of the best college followed by Kongu Engineering College. For cut-off below 170, it is possible to get seat. It will be slightly strict. The placement will good compared to other food technology colleges.

Placements and job opportunities are quite good in our college. Several companies like zifo technologies, tech mahindra, wipro technologies, surya informatics, L&T, tata consulting engineers ltd, maytas infra ltd, excelencia, zebronics, windcare pvt.ltd., etc. have recruited many students. No, our college doesn't provide any internship for our course.

There are placements, but not for other streams of engineering, especially for biomedical engineering. This is because college management is not aware of biomedical engineering and cannot consult the right sources.

Placements and internships opportunities are in bulk amount in this college. University and college both keeps a regular touch-up of the recruiters and Placements. Internship (Part time jobs) are provided by the placement cell as mandatory for syllabus.
