As to the demand of the course, the fees structure was very much feasible. My total fees for the three years course was around 30000 rupees. We have to pay the fees in three installment. I found the fees very much feasible and affordable to pay.
The course curriculum was tough but very important. It was a three years course. The whole curriculum was covered with environmental physiology, autonomic physiology and pulmonary physiology. The curriculum includes lot of research, practicals,thesis work, seminars etc.

Field work, theory, practical, assignment, assessment are part of the curriculum. The Institute conducts unit test, class test on regular basis. The curriculum was very good and interesting.

My focus is on host plant resistance against pests for different hybrid varieties of rice, and the PhD program is not restrictive at all. There are just a few seminars to attend and field visits as part of the program.
