My main focus is on CA, I was suggested to also complete my graduation alongside CA and Bcom was the best course to do simultaneously with CA as they had a lot of syllabus in common and hence I chose BCom, The teaching is very effective in this college the faculty: student ratio is nearly 1:50. All the faculties are well qualified some of them being qualified chartered accountants and some being M.Ed graduates. Timely exams are conducted every weekend to check the performance of the students.
The faculty are good. As it is an autonomous college exams will happen on time and results will be published within 45 days.
The Course and Curriculum is okay.We were provided an internship at Rubber Research Institute.Teachers are quite friendly but the lab facility is not upto the mark for the fact that we are paying this much fee
The curriculum is really good.It will also help you in showing good performance in UGC NET exam as well.Tje teachers are very friendly and support students in all the ways .There is also many opportunities to attend the seminars and workshops conducted by different departments in which you can meet eminent personalities and buid youselves up.
the circulum that followed by our institution is rely on anna university. so, it was quite easy to clear exam. But in the sake of knowledge, it was lacking for last decade.About the faculties, they are so handy on their field of teching.
To me on a personal note faculty is good on a formal level i. e as a teacher. The HOD Mr. Gigi Joseph is a well approachable sir. Industrial approach is very less. We only have one internship at the end of 6th SEM which is to do a month long internship at any news agency as a journalist. Except this, there are no other industrial exposure. Syllabus is quite well updated and teachers teach the given syllabus well.
It's glad teachers finish portions before exams, thoroughly conducting class seminars enhance the capability of students and improve the academic skills, faculties are quite helpful that you can seek them at any time for doubt clarifications, they are friendly.
The course curriculum is updated. A different syllabus from that of the University is followed by our College but it is a better one. There are a lot to talk about the faculty members of CMS. They're such talented and provide every sort of help to the students. They're dedicated and works hard for the betterment of students. Susan Mathews, of the department of English is too good that she is the favourite of many.
The syllabus we had is updated now from 2019 academic year on wards. There are changes for the best experience of the course. We are allowed to attend all kinds of seminars related to the field of English litarary studies and contemporary criticism. the faculties are good particularity Assistant Professors Ditto Prasad,Dr. Joji Paniker, Susan Vargheese and Dr.Anju George
The curriculum we are studying is really good in NET point of view because it covers almost all the major figures in literature. The teachers are experienced and very supportive. There is also a vast collection of books.
