Remarks :

The college provide great facilities with great staff. College excellent in academics, infrastructure and quality of education. Students have to bring their own instruments to most of the clinics and materials will be supplied by the college. Students should have min 40% internal marks and 80% attendance to appear for University exams. The college is strictly following that and no adjustments will be done

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College provide all help to avail education loan from respective banks. It also provide all Central and state governed scholarships as Merit cum means scholarship, Minority scholarship etc. Students have to apply through respective websites and college will provide adequate help

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is around 3 Lakhs per annum. The students have to meet other expenses like Room rent and Mess bill, if hosteller, and will be around 75000 annually. The student also has to pay for Miscellaneous fee, Instruments expenses etc

College Events :

The college annually conducts Cultural and sports events followed by College day, all continue about a week. It also celebrate important days as Dentists day, Anti tobacco day, environment day, Annual day and celebrations as Onam, Eid and Christmas

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are good. Rooms are well maintained with uninterrupted supply of water and electricity. The food is good as compared to other hostels. Mess meeting will beer conducted monthly and students can decide the menu. Rooms and hall will be cleaned by staff.

Campus Life :

Lab facilities are vast and good. New arrangements include lab facilities around the lecture hall itself and will provide a great learning experience for the student. College has a gym, a swimming pool and a ground which can be useful to play fives football even in night.

Alumni/Alumna :

College has an Alumni union which is inactive officially. But the communication between the students and seniors are well maintained through social media like WhatsApp and Facebook. Senior students will be so helpful during clinical years. Their help can also be expected on finding vacancies and knowing updates on the dentistry field

Faculty :

The PMS college of dental sciences and research has sufficient well qualified faculties. College has more than thirty MDS seats, so the number of staff is sufficiently high. Most of the teaching and non teaching staff are friendly and helpful

Admission :

The admission process is based on the NEET score of the student. Students has to sign up in website www.pmscollege.ac.in under new student. Application fee is Rs 1000 and should be paid as DD favouring PMS College of Dental Science and Research payable at Thiruvananthapuram or through Cash receipt at college office. Completed application should send to college address by mail.

Placement Experience :

Yes, they provide internship. PMS college has pretty good patient inflow and there will be enough patient exposure. Also they provide dental campus. The spend is around 3000 per month during internship.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is 4 and half years plus one year compulsory rotatory residential internship. Exams will be conducted in yearly and final year is one and half years, comprising one year part one and a six months part two. College is affiliated to Kerala University of health sciences, Thrissur.
