Overall reputation of the good College and is rated amongst the top medical Colleges of India. It is known for producing the best doctors for over a decade or two now and is a very good College if you are opting for a career in medical sciences.
Various scholarship programs like mukhyamantri medhavi chhatra yojana is avail in the college for students, separate scholarship programs are also available for various backwards classes of the society and weaker sections on basis of caste system.
Fees is reasonable for a middle class student and Various scholarship plans are also available to the less privileged sections of the society. Fees of course is not very much it is the same for every medical and dental college approx in overall India of private institutions.
All the events of basic primary importance like formal holidays and all are celebrated in the college, teachers day, doctors day, aids day, etc are celebrated and awareness campaigns are also performed for various days of primal awareness importance.
Extracurricular activities are not very regular in the college but occur in various quarters of the year, labs for seprate subjects are available for practice and very good facilities are provided for practical purposes. Sports ground is present behind the college for cricket and football.
Alumnus is helpful always for future too in various fields of the course, seniors are very helpful for asking any doubts about the subjects and methods for studying as well as approaches to the courses.
Faculty of the college is very helpful. They help in clearing your doubts and teach the complex material of the books and simplify that for you so that you are able to grasp every concepts and apply them to the practical side of the course.
Admission to this College occurs through an entrance exam called as meet UG which occurs at national level for all medical and dental aspirants all over India. You have to give the exam and score marks higher than the cut-off score of the exam.
Placement is not done through college you have to be self employed and earn all the necessary skills required to open a business so, internship of 1 year is done through college and a stipend that is versatile is given to the student for the year being.
Course of the entrance exam is upto 12th level PCB but for college it's basic subjects of medicine+ some practical aspects of every subjects. More than exams and marks a student of medicine must focus on practicals more.
