Eligibility Criteria:

  • The basic eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts is 10+2 from a recognized university with minimum 50% of aggregate marks holding not less than 17 years of age at the time of admissions. Candidate for whom English is not their medium of instruction must demonstrate competency in English in the selection procedure.
  • For the admission to the PG Diploma Course in Culinary Arts, one must have passed the Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bachelor of Business Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel / Hospitality (with a minimum of two years of Food Production instruction), Graduates in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel, Hospitality and Tourism streams) with at least two years of instruction in food production, B.Sc. Hotel Management, B.A. in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Graduates from any recognized University.
  • All the other courses eligibility criteria depend upon the course & its specialization chosen.
