The course of 3 years degree is well planned , in a way that it covers almost everything that a culinary graduate should know and I think no other college conducts these many practical sessions, these full fledged hands on sessions are the best part of the college and not just the practicals , the theory sessions are the knowledge sharing sessions which indeed helps us during the practical sessions..the classrooms are all hi-tech, has modern teaching methods and projectors..
i came to this college because I enquired a lot about many colleges in India which teaches to be a chef and I was recommended by many people who are in the industry to join this college. the faculty and the other staff is very helpful and supportive. the faculty takes a lot of pain for the betterment of the student. all the faculty is good qualified and their method of teachings is very unique and easy to learn. we are taught in such a good way that we pass our exams very easily as we are given very vast knowledge about the subjects.
Chef instructors and all the faculty are knowledgeable and highly qualified. they are all kind, amicable, helpful but at the same time very strict and rigid, which i think is required to mold a student in the right way. the curriculum is fabricated for culinary students focusing more upon hand-on practical and less and important theory. the training tenure is rigorous and very intense just like how the industry operates. each class is divided into two batches so that there would be enough attention given to every student. in the final year, each student is allotted with a mentor from the area of interest chosen by the students which will help them to discuss and improve their skills. this al...
Fee structure which is given is highly expensive and the the fees which will be paid is very worthy for the college where they teach more than we pay and they also teaches new things which makes us to be e satisfied for paying the fees
Good the course is very useful and and it helps in very good future to the student as it is as it is a hospitality industry it is very good to to take the the course and have tu to complete the the exams which will be conducted for every semester which is 6 semesters
Fees in the first year are approx 110000. Second-year fees are 980000 and Final year are 109000 approx. The fees include books, journals, uniforms, bags, knife kit, lunch, etc. Fees in broken down into three Demand drafts. The fee structure is given to students during admission which has the breakdown of the fee.
The course is prepared detailed manner to groom a culinary professional. It is divided into 6 semesters. First two seemester consist of Basic Indian Cuisine, basic continental, Basic baakery and pastry, Accommodation operation, Food and Beverage Service, communication skills, Hygiene and Food Safety, HACCP, French language where both practical.
The fee structure is very convenient and feasible. The facilities and faculty being world-class and with a no-compromise attitude towards ingredients whether local or imported to enable cooking authentic cuisines of the world, equipment on par with any 5-star hotel, CULINARY ACADEMY OF INDIA charges nominal fees for the courses it offers.
An updated curriculum from Osmania University helps to keep the course very relevant. The course structure gives equal weightage to both practicals and theory classes with a major focus on culinary skill development. A large emphasis is given on knowledge, skill, science and the art aspects of food. The course structure is divided into 6 semesters, with examinations in both theory and practicals.
According to the fees structure the fee is responsible good the course which deals with many subjects cuisine involved in it. The College provides many ingredients to the students which are little costly and hard to find in the local areas. Compared to fee it’s responsible good.
The course I choose was 1 year were it’s more about learning advanced methods of cooking and new techniques which are now trend in food industry. They are industry visits in specific topic they take there explain how does it work and functions. There are on campus placement too.
According to me fees is not expensive in our college what they teach and we have to pay fees once in a year and the overall fees for 3years will be around 4.5lakhs and it includes all the materials which is necessary for academic
There will be 6 semester all over the course and the external will be practicals and theory.the main exams will be only theoretical and there will be a 4months internship in hotel and this is how my course carries
