Remarks :

Management of Brand CAI ensures each student stand high in the culinary world through fantastic infrastructure, well-equipped kitchens, classrooms and faculty.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, I did not apply for any scholarship and educational loan. But college support students for educational loans and scholarships.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees in the first year are approx 110000. Second-year fees are 980000 and Final year are 109000 approx. The fees include books, journals, uniforms, bags, knife kit, lunch, etc. Fees in broken down into three Demand drafts. The fee structure is given to students during admission which has the breakdown of the fee.

College Events :

Events start with Fresher's Party every year to give a grand welcome to freshers. Followed by Recuplic day where all are in traditional attire. In month of December before Christmas there is Christmas Fruit Mixing Ceremony. During Christmas College organizes Gala Buffet for culinary professionals and students where college sets new world record every year. Sports day is organized in the month of march.

Campus Life :

The college has students all around India and also abroad. Students have lot of workshops, outdoor caterings, training sessions, guest lectures. College gives opportunity to students to participate in various national level competitions. every year annual sports are organized in month of march.

Alumni/Alumna :

Brand CAI has wide network of alumni around the world. Many alumni visit college every year to address the students and guide them. Recently college had an Alumni Meet on occasion of Silver Jublee Celebration where students got the opportunity to interact with alumni and take guidence for the future.

Faculty :

Excellent faculty with work experience around the world. The college has the best faculty to create the best future culinary professionals. They train students with all practical skills and knowledge. Ensure that each student learns and focuses on perfection. Faculty grooms student well to stand strong in the professional world.

Admission :

Browsing collages to perssue my dream career as Chef, I came across Brand CAI. I had talk with many chefs who I know and all suggested me one insitute- Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad. I got in touch with college through website and got detailed information about course and entrance exam.

Placement Experience :

College places students in the finest properties and five-star hotels for internships. Whereas lot of five-star properties visit campus to recruit students as Management Trainees. All students are successfully placed every year. The college conducts a Personality Development Program to prepare students for interviews and be perfectly professional. Students are also placed internationally in various cruise lines through campus recruitment.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is prepared detailed manner to groom a culinary professional. It is divided into 6 semesters. First two seemester consist of Basic Indian Cuisine, basic continental, Basic baakery and pastry, Accommodation operation, Food and Beverage Service, communication skills, Hygiene and Food Safety, HACCP, French language where both practical.

I was in CAI heydrabad for my costa culinary tranning of 3 eeeks and it is happily completed nd it is like a gift for me bcoz this is a place were u can upgrade ur skills and learning nd knowledge about all departments but specially in a culinary department you also learn differnt types of food dishes ,food plating ,personal hygine and also u learn how to work on cruise.
