Faculty Teachers are very understanding and cooperative with students. They helped us in getting the practical insight of every subject. We learned not only from books but from field visits and activities we played in classrooms. There is around 50 students in one class. Exams are conducted 4 times a year - 2 internals and 2 semester exams. Teachers are highly qualified with good communication and teaching skills.
This course; BA(VS)Human Resource Management, was my first choice because Economics and Psychology, both have been my favourite subjects till 12th and I wanted a course which has both. I got it and I took it. The faculty is experienced and helpful, but exceptions are always there. All teachers don't care about your performance and will do their job and leave. It's in every college. What matters is, how hard you prepare by yourself.
I wanted to do and be part of something different, and what some might term, "unconventional". The day I got to know about the vocational courses, I knew that this was it. Shortly after going through all the courses, I decided I wanted to go for Tourism Management, as this was something that didn't seem "boring" or "regular". The curriculum for Tourism Management is interesting and vast. From the literal meaning of Tourism - to explaining how a particular City is given its code, it covers it all. I chose this course because literature had always intrigued me. The English Department is extremely admirable and friendly and has great knowledge about what they are teaching and how they are teaching. The course was reintroduced in this college only three years ago so the admissions to this course are fairly less because of less knowledge about the existence of the course in "vocational" college. There are about 35 students in this course and the faculty: student ratio is 1:35. Most of the teachers hold a PhD and double PhDs and a few of them have even been toppers in their fields. We have two exams in one academic year i.e. semester-end exams, along with internal examination.
Because I love to do accounting and business.a BCom degree prepares students for the corporate world as well as entrepreneurship. Students obtain enough business and financial knowledge that they can adapt to a job or of an entrepreneur
I choose this course because I liked computer science. Approx number of teachers is 6. Teachers were well qualified and experienced. Semester wise exams were conducted and difficulty level is above average.
The most hardworking teachers you'll see. They are ready to help you any time any hour even if you leave college. they are super supportive but you also would have to be hardworking. The curriculum is also updated. The placements are also really nice.
Teachers are well experienced and trained in their fields. They try their best so that students can understand the subject and use practical examples and case studies so that topic becomes interesting. Guest lectures are frequently organized by the college. The course curriculum is set in such a way that when a student graduates from the college he/she is industry-ready. But still, there is a need to change the curriculum a little bit.
My course is BA(VOC) MMI. Management and marketing of insurance deals in insurance my experience was good in college that course is okay not much good. In this course my academics was very good I was a topper. All faculties was really helpful.
College of vocational studies has many courses ranging from Management to Vocational. It courses are designed vividly. College of vocational studies has an extensive curriculum which provides a great platform for students to nurture their talent. The curriculum is designed all in wits to gain practical knowledge of Subjects. The track record for Academics is also quite impressive. The Faculty adds a star to fraternity of college of vocational studies.
