National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali is an Autonomous College which was established in the year 1998 and set up under the Aegis of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertiliser as a center of excellence for higher education, research, and development in pharmaceutical sciences. The college is fully recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and was declared as an Institute of National Importance by Government of India through Act of Parliament. NIPER, Mohali is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.
The institute offers an M.S. (Pharm), M.Pharm, M.Tech (Pharm.), MBA (Pharm) and Ph.D. programs would also be started in various disciplines of pharmaceutical sciences.

Every coin has two flips so do NIPER, but the good remarks are quite good enough to prove that this institute is most definitely heaven. The only bad thing about which I believe is its administration. The ministry has taken several measures for remodification, it could be believed that this sect of the institute will also reform in coming days.
80 % placements and I got chance for internship also I got 6 months internship in National base organisation
The college is very good as well as the college management.
The college management is a typically slow as expected from a government organization but the student live it up.
Apart from politics and rivalry between different departments to gain upper hand upon campus everything is at its zenith.
The college is the best in India because if the college, our attitude towards study was totally different and it was quite visible to others college management was very much supportive in terms of quality of study, life and timely stipend payout.
