Ans. If you are interested in studying electronics and instrumentation from IET-DAVV and are not looking for other colleges, you should definitely opt for it. Discussing the Electronics and Instrumentation branch at IET DAVV, we need to consider few parameters which includes: Curriculum - The management of the college has recently introduced a CBCS system which has updated the overall curriculum. The curriculum covers all the domains, subjects and topics which you must know as an EI Engineer.  Faculties: IET DAVV has many of the faculties who are highly experienced in teaching Electronics. They have good presentation skills and great knowledge. At the same time, there are some faculties also who are less experienced and lack communication skill.  Infrastructure: The EI Building is one of the least maintained buildings in the IET DAVV campus. The state of the electronics department is actually the worst.  Laboratories: These parameters will always disappoint you when it comes to IET DAVV. There are no proper instruments as well as instructors who can teach you. Ans. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar and BITS Pilani are among top Institutions of India. IIT Bhubaneswar and BITS Pilani are ranked 22 and 27 in the engineering category respectively by NIRF in 2020. The admissions in both the Institute is done through national level examinations.  Admission: IIT Bhubaneswar: The admission is done on the basis of rank secured in JEE Advanced. Students must have passed 10+2 levels of education with 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Usually, the cut-off of this program ranges between 2134 - 7160 for male candidates and 3456 - 12989 for female candidates. The annual course fee is INR 2.14 lakhs. BITS Pilani:  Admission to BE in Electronics and instrumentation courses is done on the basis of a Computer-based Online Test (BITSAT) conducted by the institute itself.
