Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Urban and Regional Planning is a 4 years undergraduate degree program after 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. After completing this course candidate can seek employment in real estate and town planning field with the avaerage stating salary package ranging from Rs. 2 Lakh to 7 Lakh per annum. Average fees of this course would be from Rs 2 Lakh to 5 Lakh depending upon the criteria of the college. Admission to this course is done through various entrance tests conducted at national and state level.

This course mainly focuses on providing knowledge regarding development of a particular area. Rapid growth of cities has created a great demand of townships, real estate, construction of modular building and residential plots in the market.
