    MA Home Science or Master of Arts in Home Science is a postgraduate degree program with home science as its specialization. The duration for the course is of two years and these two years are divided into four semesters. Basic eligibility for admission in this course is graduation in home science.

    Eligibility Of the Master of Arts [MA] (Home Science)

    The minimum for any candidate to take admission to MA Home Science is that the candidate must have passed his/her BA Home Science or B. Sc. Home Science from any of the recognized university of India.

    How to Get Admission in Master of Arts [MA] (Home Science)

    The admission process is based on the performance of the students during their undergraduate degree course. The admission committee of the colleges issue a cut-off list according to which students are granted admission.

    Many universities provide direct admission on the basis of marks obtained by candidate at graduation level. However some universities like BHU conduct entrance test for admission.
