Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose the course as my friend suggest me regarding it and wanted to complete my post-graduation in It and therefore I choose MBA in it as nowadays we are used to working on computers and in today's IT sector a person should have the knowledge of the IT which will help the person for future references. The student ratio was about 5:5 as there was an equal number of male and female were present in the classes. The faculty has an experience of about 20 years in the continuously evolving field of management education, classes at the college are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both planned as well as a surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common students try and stay as up to date as possible in subjects such as finance and economics where you won't know your knowledge is to test.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

MBA degree from SMU is a significant investment in our business career. To make it work for us, they offer payments plans, financial assistance, and personalized options suit our circumstances unlike some business schools, the college has no hidden or additional charges. So, the tution fees here are the tuition fee we actually pay that includes academic services in all the cities of study, the e-learning courses, and the enrollment fees and it does not include in our tution fees, a non-refundable application fee of about 500 rs. Costs associated with transportation, housing or personal expenses, the book charges, and the graduation fee. A merit scholarship is being awarded in September every year, in the first year, the scholarship will be decided on the merit of the pre-entry marks, mid-semester test and attendance in regular classes. Merit scholarships for the consecutive years will be decided based on performances in one end semester and two-semester examination.

Campus Life :

My first year of college presents a lot of new experiences living away from home, meeting new people and managing our own time. Prepare for life on campus by figuring out what to bring, how to handle challenging circumstances and what I can do to manage our workload.

Admission :

The institute was in existence for 27 years and being part of the University, it gave comfort in the quality of education, without any commercial interest associated. The Dean/ HOD was an IIMA alumnus, Dr. SL Joshi. My first interaction with him during the process of admission won me over. A fine gentleman, and he showed pragmatism in the solution to a certain problem that I had at hand. The selection included an entrance, Maharashtra CET ( Combined Entrance Test) followed by a group discussion and personal interview. We were evaluated on each of the activities, and based on the total score, there was counseling where we opt for the college, based on our score. Their test happened around mid-May, followed by the Group Discussion and personal interview around mid-June. The counseling happened in the first week of July.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum had 4 semesters, 2 in each of 1st and 2nd years. The curriculum had some parts very relevant to a management program, while specialization subjects lacked the contemporary curriculum. However, the visiting faculty ensured we got exposure to some of the contemporary subjects, some even ahead of our time. Which eventually helped in my career! I felt the program was well rounded without the glitz and glamor of private institutes. Some polish/ finesse and it could have been as good as the best!

Campus Life :

There was plenty of diversity, with people coming from various parts of the country, and indeed from other countries too. There were people from Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Uganda apart from the North East states. I myself came all the way from Odisha. There were students across genders, from rural and urban cities. There used to be few formal games activities, but students engaged in games, there was the camaraderie among students outside classes.

Campus Life :

I consider infrastructure not as how many buildings does a campus provides but how it provides basic facilities like well developed library with proper silence and books arrangements, washrooms with hygience check, especially when we are living in 2020 where cleanliness and hygiene are top priority, with proper cultural environment and so on,I think I 'll give my university 5 out of 10 in infrastructure according to my defination of infrastructure

Remarks :

Because of the courses they offer and best in indore, for students who want to stay in indore itself and pursue their bba from college which is known outside, one should prefer college from DAVV University itself (from my personal experience ),it will help improve their resume, also will develop a security and confidence within.

College Events :

Campus is happening enough, cultural activities, events, festivels keep that zest on.every month, the University offers some or the other cultural events, fests, competition to develop the overlal personality of sudent

There are many good companies visited in our college and these companies always pick a handful of students. The placement department works very hard to attract as many big companies as. Possible there is a good alumni network for job referrals.

Course Curriculum Overview :

International institute of professional studies davv provides best courses including every subject taught with ease but industrial exposers are not Welly provided. Teachers are well qualified and teacher is Nirmala sawan mam.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It is updated every 5 years which is good. As many other institutions do not even try to change it, no not much industrial exposure was provided through the institution could provide as it was equipped with well trained teachers to do so, faculties were good but could be better in the way of teaching and treating students with ease and friendly making them understand the concept, name-manminder singh.

College Events :

It has its own events and cultural activities but could invest more in extracurricular activities. It has for Freshers an event called fiesta which is only for newcomers and another event called tourists organized by BCom tourism students which is a team competition in cultural activities other than that not much activities are conducted.

Placement Experience :

Many good and renowned companies visit the international institute of professional studies davv. Such as Colgate, byjus etc. 80 percent of people are placed on an average of approximately. Placement is conducted in the college itself and students have to appear for gdpi to qualify.
