The eligibility criteria for candidates who seek admission to the course are as follows:
Admission to the program is done on the basis of holding a qualification of Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or B.E in the stream of electronics with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and above from a recognized university listed under UGC/AIU. Candidates are supposed to clear the entrance examination such as GATE/JEE advanced held at the entry level by the colleges to further with the admission process for PG level programs. However, the entrance tests held by different colleges may vary from institution to institution as per the rules formulated by each.
Admissions are done based on the merit list, the cut-off marks for which it is subject to differ for different institutions.
