Admission to M.Tech (Electronics Engineering) is available in selected colleges in India. Although most colleges have a strict entrance exam policy for the selected list of candidates possessing 60% in academics and a valid score of GATE, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai gives admission to candidates with or without GATE if they qualify the common entrance test.

The forms for entrance examinations are also available in the months of May and June and the exam is ideally conducted in the month of June/July.
