  • Bharat Graduate Engineering Entrance Exam (BEEE): Bharat Graduate Engineering Entrance Test (BEET) is conducted by Bharath University. It is a computer-based test of 3 hours. The exam will consist of three papers. There will be 4 papers (each paper will be of 100 marks). Also, the Candidate will have to appear for 3 out of 4 based on his course chosen. While English, Physics and Chemistry paper is compulsory. And, the candidate can either opt for mathematics or biology-based on his course. Finally, there will be no negative marking in all the question papers. There will be 30 questions from each section i.e

Ans. M.Tech Mechanical is a preferred stream but its success is directly proportional to the level of placements offered by colleges in comparison to the fees or investment made. The number of students enrolled is less compared to B.Tech making it a less lucrative option for campus placements. The detailed analysis is as follows. Eligibility: The basic criterion stands at graduation with a minimum score of 50%. The common examination accepted is GATE. Fees: NIT Surathkal has a fee structure of Rs. 1.85 Lakhs ISM Dhanbad offers the course is Rs. 1.05 Lakhs. ISM has fewer fees as compared to NIT Surathkal. Placement Details: The prime-most details to be focused upon are the average and highest placement scenario of both the colleges in general. College Placement NIT Surathkal Average-Rs.11.90 LPA, Highest-Rs. 18.75 LPA ISM Dhanbad Highest-Rs. 12.50 LPA 79% placements in NIT Surathkal M.Tech as opposed to 50% in ISM. Ans. IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked 11th among the IITs and 12th in engineering by India Today 2020. The M.Tech in Machine Design at IIT Bhubaneswar accepts students based on the scores of their GATE examination. There are 20 seats for Machine Design at IIT Bhubaneswar. The annual tuition fee for this course is 60,000 approximately. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must register through the official website of COAP. Students need 600 points in their GATE exam to be eligible for a seat in IIT Bhubaneswar. For Machine Design the required cutoff in 2019 was 605 (General). Faculty :

Ya, there is a good faculty in the college. One of our teacher is from the NITK surthkal and apart from these they are highly focused in research area always they suggest new ideas and what happening in current research work and another faculty is so much affiliated with us that they always make us to be competent with each other and also with subjects that they thought.

Exam Structure :

Exam structure is universal as if for master degree. Labs are good in nature each faculty is take keen interest in explaining the lab and conducts internal exams very strictly so that we will not face any difficulties in external exams, exams are taken periodically and teachers suggest the way to overcome problems that we are struggling for.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Good, based on university rules and system, we undergone best training in our college and we are prepared such strength which is capable of working in research area from first semester and second semesters we are undergone with theory subjects which are equivalently important to the practical knowledge.

There are three Fests organised by students in the college per year by the students. The bigger one is Festember which is annual fest of 4-5 days having cultural, rock concerts, technical areas. The second one is a Technical fest called Pragyaan, which is a three day event. The third one is NITT FEST, which is again a three day event.
