- BIT MCA 2018 is an online computer based test.
- The time duration to complete the examination is 2 hours.
- The test is comprised of objective type questions. Students are advised to answer the questions carefully because for every wrong answer marks will be deducted.
- BIT MCA 2018 test consist a total number of 120 questions which is asked from the four different subjects- Mathematics, English, Computer Awareness and Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning.
- Except for Mathematics section each of the section carries 80 marks whereas, Mathematics section carries 240 marks.

Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra conducts **BIT MCA** entrance test every year for the screening of those candidates who are seeking admission in full-time MCA programme. After applying for the entrance test, students can get admission in various campuses located at Lalpur, Jaipur and Noida.

For the better preparation of the examination, students must know about the examination pattern. In the paper, there are four options for every question that candidates are required to mark. The time duration to complete the exam is 2 hours. The paper is divided into four sections i.e. Mathematics, English, Computer Awareness and Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning.

Before start filling online application form, students have to create their username and password. They are advised not to share their username and password with anybody.

- Do not download the application form and take a printout of it and fill it by hand because this hand-written application form will not be accepted.
- Students are advised to reach the examination centre or on before time
- They are advised to read the question carefully because for every wrong attempt 1 mark will be deducted
- Candidates have to bring the admit card at the time of the examination
- Candidates are advised not to carry any form of textual material or electronic gadgets with them like log tables, electronic watches, mobile phones, pagers, calculators etc.
- If students found with any of the above object then their paper will be cancelled and they also not eligible for this exam in future as well.
- Students can carry ball point pen, eraser, pencil, geometry set etc.
