The level of preparation can be analysed by you aptly and also this will help you to improve your BITSAT scores with every mock test you take so that you can achieve a score above 280 or more. Once you start scoring such a score in the test series, you will be much more confident and you will have a high chance of going beyond 350 too in the actual exam. Also it is important that you must focus on increasing your speed, this you can do by starting experimenting the bonus questions too.
For BITSAT, there is no specific theory book to follow. There are no actual past year papers too because BITS doesn’t release any of them and the ones available in the market are approximations of the actual BITSAT.
You should study the NCERT books thoroughly for BITSAT. They need to be studied for JEE Main as well so you can do them while completing your JEE syllabus. There are no separate theory books for BITSAT apart from the NCERT.
The BITSAT explorer has a concise theory which will help you in revising for BITSAT. The questions are most apt for BITSAT and would be of a slightly higher level than the actual exam. You can practice a bit of logical reasoning and English also from the book. This can be done when a few weeks are left for the exam. To increase the speed, one can do the time bound questions on the BITSAT explorer.
Apart from the BITSAT explorer, doing mock tests is the most important part. Don’t take a very tough one because then you won’t be able to increase your speed.
