CLAT Quantitative Techniques section is a section that will test your basic mathematical abilities. It is basically one of the shortest and simplest sections in the paper. The paper only accounts for around 10% of the total predicted weightage for CLAT 2021.

Q1. Is it necessary to attempt all the questions in Quantitative Techniques?
Ans. No, it is not necessary to attempt all the questions in the Quantitative Techniques section. You should, however, note that for every wrong answer there will be a penalty of 0.25 marks. So, it is recommended that you should attempt the questions that you are confident about.

Ans. Quantitative Techniques does not carry a lot of weightage, as it is only around 10% of the total weightage. However, the importance of this section comes from how easy it is to score. It can also be solved within a short time to solve the questions that take longer.
