HPU BED 2020 PATTERN & SYLLABUS
NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
HPU B. ED. 2020 is a national level examination conducted by Himachal Pradesh University in Himachal Pradesh. This exam admits candidates into 2 year B.Ed program. HPU B.ED 2020 is offline with pen and paper. Admissions will be based on the marks scored and rank acquired by them.
The pattern of this examination is announced by the examination conduction authorities which includes marking scheme, syllabus, recommended books and marks distribution online on Himachal Pradesh University’s official website.

HPU B.Ed. 2020 entrance test is conducted offline by Himachal Pradesh University, at respective centers in Himachal Pradesh allotted to the candidates. A total of 150 objective type questions will appear which needs to be resolved in 2 hrs. Candidate will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.

The examination conducting authority designs HPU B.Ed. questions in to examine a candidate’s analytic and understanding ability in a subject or section.
This exam will be of 150 marks with 150 questions. The question paper will be further divided into 5 sections i.e. General awareness (India and Himachal Pradesh) and Language & Comprehension (Hindi and English) carries 40 marks each. The third section Logical Reasoning carries 30 marks whereas Knowledge of National Commissions carries 20 marks and Teaching Aptitude & Attitude carries 10 marks. The marking scheme is as follows:

The syllabus of HPU B.Ed. 2020 examination is segregated into five sections respectively. Candidates must have a graduate degree to give an attempt and be at ease while preparing for all the sections in the question paper. The syllabus decided by Himachal Pradesh University, needs to be understood precisely by candidates to score qualifying marks.
