What is the exam pattern for MAH CET?

MAH CET 2021 Sectional Exam Pattern

Some of the important points of MAH CET Exam Pattern are:

    • The exam is completely online i.e. it is a computer based test.
    • The duration of the test is 150 minutes.
    • There is no provision of any negative marking.
    • There are no sectional cut offs that a candidate has to clear.

Below mentioned is the exam pattern along with number of questions and question-time analysis for the help of students. The analysis is presented keeping in mind previous years’ papers and is nowhere a watertight arrangement.

    SectionsNo. of QuestionsQuestion-Time Analysis
Logical Reasoning7540 Questions can be completed in 40 seconds to 60 seconds. 35 Questions that will consume around 2 to 3 minutes.
Analytical Reasoning25Based primarily on non-verbal reasoning, the section will have around 10 questions which can be attempted in 40-60 seconds.
Quantitative Aptitude5015-20 Questions can be completed in 30 to 40 seconds. Remaining questions can consume more than 3 minutes.
Verbal Ability50The section can have around 20 questions that can be attempted in 30-90 seconds.

Candidates are advised not to think that attempting all questions of a section on which they have an extra hold will help them qualify the exam, since the paper is time based. Attempting questions that can consume extra time and lossening out on questions that can be solved in seconds is a strategy that needs to be adopted by candidates.
