MAT Scores are scaled to narrow the gap between difficulty level for each session. Score scales of the first four sections and composite scores are based on the performance of candidates. Indian & Global Environment score will not be considered in the composite score. Minimum pass mark is required in this section to qualify for MAT 2020

How to Use MAT 2020 Rank Predictor?

Candidates should keep in mind that out of 5 sections comprising MAT Exam Pattern: language comprehension, intelligence and critical reasoning, data analysis and sufficiency, mathematical reasoning and indian/gloal environment, scores of indian and global environment are not taken into consideration while calculating MAT Percentile. Step 1: Register with Collegedunia

  • Create a profile at Collegedunia educational portal using your valid email id, contact number and name. 
  • This is an essential step to get forward with rank predictor. A redirected window will appear where details of expected marks and percentile have to be mentioned. 

Step 2: Enter Expected Marks

Out of composite score of 800, candidates have to mention their expected marks or expected percentile in the concerened session of MAT 2020. Candidates can get an idea of expected marks based on number of correct responses they have marked, marking scheme followed in the exam and MAT Answer Keys.

Step 3: Mention Personal Details

Colleges accepting MAT score release their cut off based on gender and reservation category. Hence candidates have to select their gender and respective cut off category to predict their rank. Along with this domicile state of the candidate is to be specified as AIMA releases list of partricipating colleges based on different zones across India. 

Step 4: Predict MAT 2020 Rank

How can I convert score into percentile?

Percentile Score is the score based on the relative performance of candidates who have appeared for the exam. The MAT percentile is calculated through formula which is  1 - [your rank/total number of candidates] * 76.

MAT scorecard will consist of 3 types of score excluding the rank and including scaled score, percentile score and composite score. Those who score above the qualifying marks are considered eligible for admissions. The calculation from score to percentile is based on formula used by the authority to determine merit. Will the counselling take place online or offline?

Hi Preetam, After the results are out, you need to register online on official website of AIMA for counselling. Selected institute swill conduct further rounds of counselling in offline mode including group discussion, written ability test and personal interview. After total 3 backlogs in graduation, can I still give the exam?

There is no issue with the number of your backlogs in the graduation. You must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. In case of grades or CGPA, the percentage of marks calculation will be based on procedure certified by respective Institute in accordance with the participating management institute’s eligibility criteria.
